There is a lesson on bouncing back from failure. Once you want to achieve a big goal there is going to be a failure, temporary setbacks, and obstacles. I will teach you how to overcome them in this course. Start achieving your goal faster than you ever imagined. You will learn in this course how to set goals so that you can get success in the shortest time.

 

Be sure to do the exercises at the end of each lesson. So spend about 5 to 10 min doing the exercises. The process will change you and you will become more proficient at goal setting. You can also use a notebook especially for keeping notes while you are going through the course. Please remember to revise concepts and note down points by pausing the videos that may be helpful to you in the goal-setting process. You need to spare time each day, roughly about 30 min to go through the lesson and do the activity at the end of the lesson. In this way, you can get the maximum benefits from the course.

It is possible to do the course in a few days but my suggestion is to take longer maybe a few weeks so that you start applying the strategies you are going to learn and start getting results.
