In this training we will discuss the history and theoretical background of Kaizen, but we will mostly focus on the practical aspects of implementing Kaizen Events and continious improvement at your organization, like tools you can use and best practices. On top of that, I also created templates for a Kaizen Agenda and Kaizen Event Charter, that you can download and use for your own events.
